Privacy Policy
Effective March 28, 2026
The short version
We collect your email address when you join the waitlist. We use it to contact you about Acracy. We don't sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI models. That's it.
What we collect
Right now, Acracy is a waitlist. Here's exactly what we collect:
- Email address — provided when you sign up for the waitlist.
- IP address — used only for rate limiting to prevent abuse. Not stored long-term.
- Basic analytics — anonymous page view counts via server logs. No cookies, no personal data tracking.
How we use it
- To send you a confirmation when you join the waitlist.
- To notify you when Acracy is ready for you to use.
- Occasionally, to share meaningful product updates (not marketing spam).
What we don't do
- We never sell your data to third parties.
- We never share your email with advertisers or data brokers.
- We never train AI models on your data.
- We don't use tracking cookies or third-party analytics that follow you around the web.
Where your data lives
Your email is stored in Resend, our email service provider. The site is hosted on Vercel. Both are US-based services with their own privacy and security practices.
When Acracy launches
When the product launches, this policy will be updated to cover the data your agent handles on your behalf — email content, financial information, calendar data, etc. The core principle won't change: your agent works for you, not us. Your data stays yours.
Your rights
You can:
- Delete your data — email us and we'll remove you from the waitlist entirely.
- Access your data — ask us what we have on you (it's just your email).
- Unsubscribe — every email includes an unsubscribe link.
