The short version

Acracy is a personal AI agent service. Right now, all you can do is join the waitlist. By signing up, you agree to these terms. They're written in plain language because legal jargon doesn't help anyone.

The waitlist

When you join the waitlist:

• You give us your email address so we can contact you about Acracy.
• Joining doesn't guarantee access, pricing, or any specific features.
• We may offer early pricing to waitlist members, but we reserve the right to change pricing before launch.
• You can remove yourself from the waitlist at any time by emailing hello@acracy.ai.

What Acracy will be

When launched, Acracy will be a personal AI agent that manages tasks on your behalf — email triage, financial tracking, scheduling, and more. The agent will act based on your instructions and preferences.

Important: AI agents make mistakes. Acracy is a tool, not a fiduciary. You're responsible for reviewing actions your agent takes on your behalf, especially anything involving money or communications sent in your name.

Your responsibilities

• Provide a valid email address.
• Don't use the service for anything illegal.
• Don't attempt to abuse, overload, or exploit the waitlist API.

Our responsibilities

• Protect your email address as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Only email you about Acracy — no third-party marketing.
• Be honest about what the product does and doesn't do.

Limitation of liability

Acracy is provided "as is." We do our best, but we can't guarantee the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated actions will always be correct. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acracy and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email before they take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States.
